Refund Policy

Cascade Rush FC Refund Policy Addendum to Bylaws April 2018

REFUND POLICY:  


1A) Agreement is binding for an entire year's season: Fall, Spring and Summer. A player is committing to an entire year's fees. Refunds are only given for exceptional cases. Prolonged injuries are not grounds for refunds as injuries can occur with athletic competition. If a player requests to leave the club, payment for the balance of the year will be requested. By agreeing to this disclosure, I understand the financial obligation associated with this commitment.


1B) Nonpayment of financial obligations will result in the following:


1. Reported to Oregon Youth Soccer (players will not be eligible for any OYSA club or event)
2. 3rd party collection
3. Suspension of all participation 


1C) Refund Hearing. In the event that a refund is requested, the refund request must be submitted in writing to the clubs Technical Director. The clubs Technical Director will form a three-person committee consisting of the clubs Technical Director, General Manager, and one staff coach. All refunds must be voted on by the three-person committee. Any successful refund request will require two votes for the refund. If a refund is granted, the general manager will issue the refund within 30 days of the vote. 


1D) All refunds will be based on a percentage of time left in the club calendar year
